Cancellation Policy

Payment, Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking Fee (Non-Refundable Deposit) A non-refundable booking fee of GHC 50 is required to secure all appointments made online. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service. 2. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their appointment only if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. • Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more in advance will be accommodated without penalty. • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be accepted, and the booking fee will be forfeited. 3. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of any payments made minus the GHC 50 booking fee. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in no refund, including the booking fee. 4. Refund Policy • Refunds are only applicable if: • The client cancels at least 48 hours before the appointment, or • The client reschedules at least 48 hours before the appointment, or • The client has paid in full but is unable to attend, and proper notice (48 hours) is given. • In all eligible refund cases, a GHC 50 booking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. • No refunds will be issued for: • No-shows • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) • Missed appointments without prior communication 5. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of all payments made, including the booking fee. 6. Acceptance of Policy By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
